Bay Furnishings.com accepts the following methods of payments:

- PayPal Credit
Currently we accept any purchases with Paypal terms.
Paypal offers a payment plan with no interest paid on purchases of $99 and above. Click here or the banner at the bottom of the page.
Our services are wholesale only and in order to keep our prices low with free shipping a minimum of $1200 per cart is required. Anything above that amount may qualify for a discount, please contact us for further details.
Please note your refund will be issued using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s).
For example, if you used credit card A, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
We cannot refund to credit card B, send a check or return to a different account.
- All products from Bay Furnishings are in stock unless marked otherwise. However, stock quantities are not updated in real time. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on low stock items, even if the item was in stock during order placement. Orders are processed on first come first serve basis. If item is marked as “out of stock” please contact us. We will inform you when the product will be available.
- Coupon code should be entered at the “View Cart” section before proceeding to the checkout. You can do it by pressing “Use Coupon Code” button.
- Order total can be viewed prior to confirming a purchase. Please click on “View Cart”.
- TAX may apply ( only in Florida ). If your organization is tax exempt, please email us your tax exempt form along with an order number. Taxes will be refunded within 24hrs.
- Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions items on Bayfurnishings.com are posted with inaccurate product descriptions. If you have any doubt on the product quantity or product itself, please inquire before purchasing. Product pictures may vary from actual product you will receive (especially when new item versions are introduced).
- Due to our commitment to process orders quickly and provide a speedy delivery, once the checkout process is complete our warehouse is immediately notified to pick up the order and prepare it for shipment. Because of this we do not accept any cancellations.
- Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is placed.
- If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges with restocking fee will apply).
- Shopping Services
Shipping service is provided by Fedex, at this time only Fedex Ground and Fedex Home Delivery is available.
Estimated delivery time of each item is provided in the product description or shopping cart. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries usually occur on business days.
Freight items will generally be delivered within period listed in item’s description. You will be contacted by Common Carrier to arrange a window of time for delivery (please make sure the phone number you specified in order is correct and you can answer it during reasonable hours).
Bayfurnishings.com ships only within contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and international.
Products may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses and arrive at different times. In this case your order will have multiple tracking numbers. You can view your tracking numbers by signing in to your account and going into order details.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us.
You have only 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery date of the order.
If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges with restocking fee will apply).
Freight item deliveries are “curbside” delivery only, meaning that the carrier delivers items to the curb. You will be responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business. If your business has a dock access to accommodate the trailer, the delivery will be made to the dock.
Bayfurnishings.com is not responsible for lost items due to wrong address provided.
- 1 Return Period & Conditions
- You have 30 days to return most unwanted items from delivery date of the order if it hasn’t been installed, assembled and it is returned in its original packaging.
- If incorrect item was ordered or you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, full refund will not be issued (35% restocking fee will apply).
- You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided by us. Items shipped to any other addresses or without RMA number will not be considered for a refund and may be returned back to sender.
- You have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from delivery date of the order if it hasn’t been installed, assembled and it is returned in its original packaging.
- If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts (free of charge), we will return an item and provide a full refund.
- If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
- 2 Return Process Information & Policies
- No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- To obtain an RMA number with return address, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Your name and e-mail address;
- Order number;
- Item(s) and quantity you wish to return;
- Reason for return;
- If order is damaged, defective or wrong:
5.1 Provide damaged, defected or wrong item’s pictures;
5.2 Describe the problem (include part numbers if possible);
5.3 We will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
- We will e-mail you return instructions, including an RMA number and return address within 24 business hours of receiving your request.
Please note our information & policies on obtaining an RMA:
- RMA number will expire after 7 days.
- Items must be in new condition, 100% intact and in the original packaging with all components, manuals, registration cards, software, cables and/or accessories, and UPC or bar-code clearly visible on the packaging. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way. We cannot accept items not in the original packaging. If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse to refund completely.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging.
- To process your refund we require a return tracking number as a proof of delivery.
- We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. For valuable items, you may wish to insure them to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit.
Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your returned merchandise.
- All our products are warranted by the manufacturer, unless noted otherwise on our site. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact manufacturer directly. We can provide manufacturers information & policies.
